Payments and Insurance

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards.  

We currently do not file with insurance carriers directly, but we can provide a superbill or proper documentation with all necessary codes for you to file with your insurance carrier.  Please check with your insurance provider to see if acupuncture is covered under your plan. 

Flexible spending (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) can be used for acupuncture.

Cancellations made in less than 24 hours (Monday – Friday) will be charged $50.  No Shows will be charged $70.  Sundays and holidays do not count within the 24 hours.  Monday appointment cancellations need to be made by Friday.
